About Me
Hi there, my name is Bori. I’m a proud mum of two gorgeous boys, whom I share with my amazing husband — my best friend, my rock, and my greatest support. They truly are my whole world.
I’ve always loved caring for and working with children, which led me to complete a BA degree in Infant and Early Years Education. After working for several years in a Montessori Nursery in England, we moved to France, where my husband and I welcomed our two beautiful boys. During this time, I fell in love with everything surrounding pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding — the joys as well as the challenges. I also discovered how deeply I love supporting mums through these experiences, especially since so many mothers often lack the support they need and deserve.
After my second son was born, I completed Breastfeeding Supporter training (guided by three wonderful IBCLCs), where I met a lovely doula who inspired me to train further and become a certified Nurturing Birth Doula.
Supporting mums and families with their little ones is my passion. I truly believe they deserve the world — even when it’s hard for them to see it. While we were living in Paris, I organised weekly coffee meetups at a wonderful, family-friendly café. It became a warm and safe space for parents to come together — to socialise, share experiences, find support, and feel less alone in the joys and challenges of early parenthood.
And that’s how Mama Support was born.

Prenatal Doula Care
We can explore your options together to help you make informed decisions, create a personalised birth plan, and prepare for the postpartum period with your baby.
Postpartum Doula Support
A safe non-judgmental space where we can talk all about your birth experience, the challenges you might have faced during or after birth, and you can ask all your questions, I can support you in your new day to day life as a new parent, etc.
Breastfeeding Support
Whether you’re preparing for your breastfeeding journey before birth or navigating challenges once your little one is in your arms, I’m here to offer my support every step of the way.
Child Behavioural Support
Our little ones have just as big emotions as we do, only that they don’t always have the tools yet to deal with them. This can make it challenging to understand how best to support them during those difficult moments and in between.
Prenatal Doula Care
Pregnancy is a powerful journey and you don’t have to walk it alone. As your prenatal doula, I’ll be by your side to offer emotional support, answer your questions, and help you explore your options every step of the way.
Together, we’ll create a personalised birth plan that truly reflects your values and preferences — something you can confidently share with your care team so your voice is heard. We’ll explore all your options in a calm, supportive space, so you can make informed decisions about your body, your baby, and your birth experience. My role is to support you, offer information without judgment, and help you feel grounded and empowered throughout your journey.
We’ll also look ahead to the early postpartum period, the “fourth trimester”, preparing you for a smoother, more supported transition into life with your baby.
Whether you’d like a companion for appointments or classes, or simply need someone to talk things through with, I’m here to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and respected throughout your pregnancy. It can be overwhelming to remember questions, take in medical information, or advocate for your preferences in the moment — having support beside you can make a world of difference.
If desired, I can accompany you to doctor’s visits, childbirth education classes, and other appointments to help you feel grounded, supported, and heard. (Appointment support is available as an optional add-on.)
Highlights
- Compassionate emotional support and encouragement throughout your pregnancy.
- Evidence-based care to empower you to make informed choices.
- Customised birth planning tailored to your needs and preferences.
- Support in preparing your hospital bag — I know it can feel overwhelming to figure out what you might need. I’ll walk alongside you, so you can feel calm, organised, and truly prepared for your birth.
- Optional add on service: attendance at prenatal appointments or classes.
Postnatal Doula Care
The weeks after birth are joyful, powerful, and overwhelming. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about your birth experience, the challenges you may be facing, and any questions that come up along the way. It’s often overlooked how healing and empowering it can be to be truly heard during this time.
Together, we’ll decide what support looks like for you. I can care for your baby while you take a shower, rest, or simply eat in peace. We can go for a walk, run errands side by side, or stay in and talk things through. I can offer light household support so you can focus on rest and bonding. Your comfort and your pace always guide the way — your baby, your rhythm, your rules.
My goal is for you to feel supported in your “fourth trimester” — physically, mentally, and emotionally. You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. I’m here to hold space, offer gentle guidance, and support your well-being while you find your footing in this new chapter.
Highlights
- A birth debrief session (about 2 hours) to reflect and process.
- Emotional support and encouragement during the postpartum transition.
- Evidence-based care tailored to your needs, specific questions or concerns.
- Light housework, meal support, errands, or baby care so you can rest.
- Companionship and presence — no pressure, just support that you deserve.
Breastfeeding Support
Whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy or facing challenges once your baby is here, I’ll be by your side to guide and support you through it all. Oftentimes, when breastfeeding feels challenging, a small adjustment to your baby’s latch or feeding position can make a big difference. Other times, what’s needed most is simply being listened to, receiving reassurance, and having space to ask your questions without judgment. Breastfeeding is a new experience — it’s completely normal to feel unsure. Your body knows what to do, and you and your baby are learning this together.
I’m here to support you with gentle, practical guidance and emotional reassurance as you navigate your breastfeeding journey. And if more specialised care is ever needed, I can refer you to a certified lactation consultant for additional support.
Highlights
- Guidance on common breastfeeding positions.
- Understanding what makes a good latch – breastfeeding should never be painful.
- Ensuring your comfort in every feeding position – it should be always comfortable both for baby and you.
- Practical tips and tricks to make feeding easier.
Child Behavioural Support
Child behaviour is complex, but it almost never comes from a place of being “naughty” or trying to be difficult. There is always a reason behind a child acting out — a need, a feeling, a worry, or an experience they may not yet have the words for. With the right support, children can learn to communicate what’s going on inside; sometimes, they just need someone to ask the right questions and stay with them through those big feelings.
There’s nothing more powerful than seeing the relief in a child’s eyes when they realise they’re not in trouble, they’re not bad, and they don’t have to handle overwhelming emotions alone. When the adults around them can hold space with patience and understanding, those big feelings stop being frightening — and children begin to feel safe, seen, and empowered.
My role is to listen, support, and work alongside you to understand what your child is experiencing. Together, we’ll identify the root of challenging behaviour and build practical, compassionate strategies that foster connection, emotional regulation, and resilience — for both you and your child.
You don’t have to do it alone – neither does your child.
Highlights
- Gentle support for emotional regulation and behaviour challenges.
- Root-cause approach: identifying underlying needs behind behaviours
- Strategies for helping children feel seen, safe, and understood
- Support for parents to help them provide consistent, compassionate responses
- Collaborative planning to navigate difficult moments and transitions.
